Refund & Cancellation Policy

How payment works. The full report is a digital service. You pay the fixed price by UPI to our business account (scan the QR or use the UPI id shown at checkout), then submit your payment screenshot and the UPI reference (UTR). We verify the payment and email you a private link to your report, usually within a few hours.

If we cannot verify your payment (for example the amount did not reach us), you get a full refund of any amount received, to the source UPI account. Please keep your UTR.

Refunds. Once your report link is delivered and opened, the service is complete, so it is generally non-refundable at that point. If the report fails to generate, or you were charged twice, or you paid but did not receive your link within 24 hours, contact us within 7 days with your UTR for a re-delivery or a refund. No refund is offered on the basis of outcomes, because no outcome is promised.
